Mountain Artworks Studio Where Metal Art Meets West Virginia's Wild Spirit
Mountain Artworks Studio, AKA Michael "Goose", Sizemore was founded in 1996. The studio specializes in metal sculpture and metal art. The artist's fascination for the Anasazi pictographs, petroglyphs and American Southwest is evident in his creative works. These range from small copper wallhangings to monumental sculptures. My art is dominated by the linear elements of these ancient designs and my love for the organic world. I conceptualize in dreams, engineer on paper, and produce in the welding shop.
