C&E Contracting was founded in Virginia in 2010 by owner Christopher Parkhurst. Chris Parkhurst and his team have been providing high-quality commercial and residential home improvement service for more than 8 years. Originally called CSP Contracting in honor of his son Chris, Chris and his team have built a solid and reliable reputation. Everything from interior and exterior painting to custom trim and installations delivered by an honest, ethical, trustworthy and knowledgeable company as acknowledged by our 44 service awards.
