My name is Jerry Garcia and I am the owner of Avalon Roofing Services. My career began in the roofing industry in 1993. I started off as a "grunt" which is just a general laborer. Slowly, but surely, I worked up from a "grunt" to a Journeyman Roofer, then a Supervisor, and finally an Estimator & project manager for Roofing Company worth millions. In my almost 30-year career, I've learned many things. But I think this is the most important lesson I've learned. A successful roofing company is more than just giving customers a nice roof. What I consider to be equally important is building the highest possible level of TRUST with the customer. It is important to let the customer know that they are our number one priority.
